Ways to Use

One Bottle, Endless Uses

Thanks to the pecan oil in our blend, this is one of the most versatile oils you can keep on the counter — from a hard sear to a delicate finishing drizzle.

WHY IT WORKS

A Higher Smoke Point

Every oil has a “smoke point” — the temperature at which it starts to break down, smoke, and turn bitter. Traditional olive oil reaches that point fairly early, which limits how you can cook with it.

Pecan oil, on the other hand, has a naturally high smoke point. Blending it with olive oil raises the temperature the whole bottle can take — so you get the flavor of olive oil with the high-heat performance of pecan oil. That means you can confidently fry, sauté, and roast without sacrificing taste.
